Front Door Intercom

When someone pushes the button downstairs four people downstairs closest to the door will have their phone ring twice and then it rings to all extensions companywide. Answer the call and you will be able to communicate with whoever is at the front door; let them know that you will be buzzing them in and that the sound of the buzzer is very faint so tell them to just push the door approx 10 seconds after you hang up with them.
Once finished speaking, hang up your phone and pick it up again and something 403 to unlock the door. Make sure that you don’t hang up too quickly because the door only stays unlocked while you have the phone active. If you have questions please contact Jonathan.
